1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jijidd ("jijidd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jijidd.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game, promotion, or other activity on the jijidd Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jijidd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, jijidd will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the jijidd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing wagers. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of jijidd, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a jijidd account closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program — whether through jijidd directly or through PAGCOR — that restricts your access to gambling platforms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jijidd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on jijidd, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure this information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jijidd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jijidd employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jijidd will close all related accounts and may void any associated balances and bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. jijidd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify jijidd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your jijidd account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances not yet cleared through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

jijidd is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts as a condition of its regulatory obligations under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, PRC ID, or Postal ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification).
• A selfie photograph holding your valid government-issued ID.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number).

jijidd will process KYC documents within two (2) business days of receipt. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where the initially submitted documents are insufficient for verification purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended pending completion.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with jijidd's Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jijidd accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. jijidd does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which jijidd is not responsible.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. jijidd does not charge standard withdrawal fees.

jijidd reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on accounts subject to enhanced due diligence. Where a withdrawal is flagged for review under anti-money laundering procedures, processing may be delayed pending investigation. jijidd is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the jijidd Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jijidd does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jijidd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and cannot be claimed by persons who have not completed the required registration steps.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• jijidd reserves the right to specify which games contribute toward bonus wagering requirements and at what percentage. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ₱500 per round or spin, unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• jijidd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already credited to a user's account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jijidd employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine risk; coordinated betting with other users to meet wagering requirements; and using betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk exposure. Where bonus abuse is identified, jijidd reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jijidd Platform — including live casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are operated in accordance with the respective game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the outcome recorded on jijidd's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record.

jijidd's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that all outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Live dealer games are operated by licensed live studio providers and streamed to users in real time. jijidd does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game from being completed, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the user's account. jijidd is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's internet disconnection or device failure during a gaming session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijidd Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or undisclosed error are void.
• Colluding with other users, dealers, or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating the account as an agent.
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true geographic location or to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform's operation or other users' gaming experience.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jijidd staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

jijidd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be undertaken as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. jijidd provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jijidd account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Wager Limits: Cap the maximum bet size per round or spin across all games.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts at defined intervals during your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and restrict re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jijidd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, video content, audio, icons, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jijidd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any jijidd trademark, logo, or brand identity without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jijidd's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijidd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of profits; loss of goodwill; or interruption of service.

jijidd's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijidd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jijidd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation, content, or availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jijidd's liability for death or personal injury caused by jijidd's gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

jijidd collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jijidd complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation, regulatory authorities as required by law, and payment processors required to fulfill your financial transactions.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jijidd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jijidd will provide notice to registered users by email to the address registered on your account, by on-Platform notification upon login, or by posting a prominent notice on the jijidd website. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account. jijidd will return any real-money balance to your verified withdrawal method following account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jijidd, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jijidd support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to the conduct of games, jijidd's server logs shall constitute definitive and binding evidence of the game outcome and transaction history in question.
