- Gaming activity data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of account closure, or longer if required by PAGCOR regulations.

You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Objection to processing based on legitimate interests is also available where your rights override those interests.

10. Children & Minors
The jijidd Platform is strictly intended for use by persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. jijidd does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
During registration, jijidd collects date of birth information and uses this, together with KYC identity verification, to confirm that users meet the minimum age requirement. Where jijidd discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated balances will be frozen, and the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.

11. International Data Transfers
jijidd is a platform primarily serving Filipino players and its principal data processing activities are conducted within the Philippines.
